Physicians

Naturoville was started by an Ayurveda and Naturopathy physician Dr. Thomas Varghese. Dr. Varghese is believed to have ideated to bring authentic Kerala based Ayurveda to the Himalayan regions. He is an expert in Ayurveda, Hydrotherapy, Chromotherapy, yoga, diet and nutrition. His experience in expertise ranges from skin problems, arthritis, asthma, rejuvenation, de-addiction, neurological and gynecological disorders among others. He has graduated from the Osmania University in Hyderabad.

The other doctor in the property is Dr. Meenakshi Chauhan who handles consultations on a daily basis.

Yoga and Meditation

Naturoville aims to bring the benefits of yoga to a larger audience through its expert courses. It is believed that yoga is a pacifier of the mind leading to inner peace and tranquility. The yoga instructors take care to address each individual need of the guests.

The yoga centre Aatma is set in the lush landscape that automatically induces a sense of soothing and revitalization. The course is split into three levels based on expertise – Beginner, Intermediate and Expert and two sessions are held daily.

The yoga instructors are ace teachers trained in the Rishikesh, Himalaya region and are much sought after yoga gurus. The guru is Ganga Ram Ji (Yoga Acharya) who is assisted by Mr. Vipin Pundir (Male Yoga Instructor) and Mrs. Aparna Rana (Female Yoga Instructor).

The meditation at the property is equally re-energizing. The breathing techniques performed, help unwind and relax right from the start. This is followed by deep meditation using pranayama, samyama and various other methods that help incorporate stability with practice.

Medicines

Medicines are sourced from reliable brands.

Vegetables and groceries are picked up fresh, daily from the nearby markets, directly from the farmers, ensuring that they are fresh and devoid of artificial fertilization.

Food

Naturoville believes that a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are keys to leading an illness-free life. The meals are made as per the tridoshas (imbalance in the body chakra that decides what the predominant ailment is). Each guest is served a diet based on individual diagnosis and hence each meal is personally designed to suit each independent ailment.

The Vedic food at Naturoville comprises of high Octane foods that consists of whole grain, seeds, fruits, vegetables, herbs, yoghurt and herbal tea. Low Octane food items are completely avoided. A Vedic diet helps strengthen immunity by reducing the toxin in the body.

The property has experienced Vedic and organic food experts and chefs who design the menu after communicating with the doctors for each guest.

The Prana restaurant at the property is located right beside the pool that offers perfect ambience for diners. The meals are nutritious variants of popular International fare. The chefs are qualified to whip up any dish upon request.
