This website is owned and operated by Lumivay Group, based in Massachusetts, USA. Your use of this website and any booking made through it constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
Role of AyurvedaTravelMall.com
AyurvedaTravelMall.com acts solely as an independent travel consultant and booking intermediary. We do not own, operate, or manage any resort, hotel, spa, or Ayurvedic treatment facility. All services including accommodation, treatments, therapies, and wellness programs are provided exclusively by the respective resorts and their staff. AyurvedaTravelMall.com makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or medical outcomes of any treatments or services provided by third-party resorts.
Medical & Wellness Treatment Disclaimer
Ayurvedic treatments, panchakarma therapies, herbal treatments, detox programs, accommodation, and other wellness services offered at the resorts we recommend involve medical and therapeutic interventions. By booking through AyurvedaTravelMall.com, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for assessing your own health condition and suitability for any treatment
- You will consult your personal physician before undertaking any Ayurvedic or wellness treatment
- AyurvedaTravelMall.com is not a medical advisor and provides no medical guidance whatsoever
- Any adverse reactions, health complications, or medical outcomes arising from treatments are the sole responsibility of the treating resort and its medical staff
- AyurvedaTravelMall.com bears no liability whatsoever for any injury, illness, adverse reaction, or health outcome resulting from treatments received at any recommended resort
Payments
A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The balance is due 30 days prior to your departure. All amounts are quoted in your preferred currency for convenience. Exchange rates may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
While AyurvedaTravelMall.com has its own cancellation policy, the cancellation policy of the resort where the booking was confirmed takes precedence. In the event of cancellation of tour or travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date written notice is received.
- 30 days or more prior to departure: Full refund minus actual bank/transfer charges and a 5% processing fee
- Under 30 days: No refund
In case of cancellation after trip commencement, refund will be restricted to amounts recoverable from the resorts and contractors we work with. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, and missed meals, AyurvedaTravelMall.com bears no responsibility to refund.
Force Majeure & Travel Disruption
AyurvedaTravelMall.com shall not be liable for any failure to perform, cancellation, delay, or disruption arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, armed conflict, geopolitical events, civil unrest, terrorism, government travel restrictions, flight cancellations, airline route suspensions, airport closures, or disruption to international air travel hubs. In such circumstances, AyurvedaTravelMall.com will make reasonable efforts to facilitate date changes or credit transfers, but refunds are subject to resort and airline partner policies.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be arranged according to the category requested by the client at time of booking. Any changes to accommodation category must be requested in writing. Room availability and category assignments are subject to resort confirmation and availability at time of booking.
Correct Spelling of Names & Titles
All names, titles, and initials of travelers must be provided correctly at the time of booking. Changes cannot be made after booking confirmation.
Passports & Visas
It is the sole responsibility of all passengers, regardless of passport held, to verify visa and entry requirements with the appropriate consulates prior to travel. Visa and health requirements may change without notice. AyurvedaTravelMall.com strongly recommends verifying all requirements well in advance of departure.
Accuracy
AyurvedaTravelMall.com makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information presented on this website. Where we are notified in advance of a significant change to a booking, we will notify the client promptly.
Pricing
All prices are per person unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on prevailing rates at time of quotation and are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to pass on increases in taxes, government levies, entrance fees, fuel surcharges, or resort rate modifications that occur after quotation.
Not Included
Unless explicitly stated, the following are not included: departure taxes, port charges, park fees, customs and immigration fees, visa fees, gratuities to guides and drivers, passports, baggage and personal insurance, beverages and food not listed in inclusions, and all items of a personal nature.
Travel Insurance
AyurvedaTravelMall.com does not provide travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, interruption, and treatment-related complications. All baggage and personal property remain at the client’s risk at all times.
Our Liabilities & Limitations
AyurvedaTravelMall.com acts only in the capacity of agent for hotels, resorts, airlines, transporters, and contractors providing services. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions of those service providers.
All itineraries are sample itineraries intended to give a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Factors such as weather, road conditions, and participant ability may necessitate itinerary changes before or during travel. We reserve the right to modify any schedule in the interest of participant safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
AyurvedaTravelMall.com shall not be responsible for any delays, alterations, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any untoward incidents.
AyurvedaTravelMall.com shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, treatment, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any act of God, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, or any other causes beyond our control.
Booking Arrangements
The person making the booking accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all travelers named in the booking. No variation to these terms shall be of any effect unless made in writing by AyurvedaTravelMall.com.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any dispute arising from a booking made through AyurvedaTravelMall.com shall first be subject to good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Massachusetts under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class action.
